[Mu is in a quiet corner of the Plane with all his Cloth Fixin' stuff. Beside him, as always in these situations, is his own Cloth, and in a small, partially-assembled pile in front of him is a Gold Cloth that seems, for lack of a better word, somewhat spikier. Mu is currently examining a part that looks like it would make up a shoulder guard. The expression on his face is sad, and as he goes over the pieces of the cloth, he does so gently and reverently - as though he's afraid to hurt it.]

It will. It simply needs time, care and some blood.

Hold on, did you say blood?

I did.

Why blood? What sort of blood?

Blood is life force. If a cloth is dead, it needs to borrow some of that energy to revive itself and heal. Any blood will do, but the power of the donor often has an effect on the power of the reborn cloth.

[nods, slowly] So if you heal cloths, you must have enough power for that.

I do, but a mender of cloth shouldn't use his own blood unless strictly necessary, or in small amounts. Usually, the cloths owner or another Saint provides the necessary blood.
