{House has come to the Plane with an assortment of items. Most of them seems to be medical equipment, but there's stuff like binders and CD cases thrown in there too. He's building some elaborate structure, which seems only partially completed. This is because Cuddy came in and told him that he needed to actually do his clinic work. House, however, wanted to finish his current project.

A giant Hotwheels track.

That's right, he's wasting medical and office supplies and constructing a Hotwheels track. The car is even sitting on the table for when he finishes.}

She can't yell at me for wasting time if there isn't any time here, at least. Old Man Jenkins can wait. I'm making the best track ever.

[Rassilon is not listening. He is now going to try to build a miniature Citadel of the Time Lords from this. The model of the Citadel is inaccurate, in that it mimics the most recent version and not the one that Rassilon would have known, but House of course would not notice this.

You have to try harder. There are books on weird things to do with office supplies, so you don't even need to be too creative.
