It's the Astral Plane, some place that I've been told should exist but it does. The Twins are the ones who brought you here. You can go home by thinking about it, and time doesn't pass in your world while your here.

I don't know what Neverland is, but it does exist. I thought I was Kokiri for a long time... but, I grew up, so obviously I'm not. [still a little conflicted about that]
