[ One minute Rose was standing in a strange shop she recently noticed; talking to some twins and then out of nowhere she’s here. Not really sure where here is though other then space? Or something? ]

I uhh…

[ She looks around the place. ]
 

Has to be a dream right? In the shop one minute, talking to those strange twins and now I’m here. Not right at all. Have been havin’ some rather strange drea- er nightmares lately. This has to be one of them.

[ The blonde takes a few steps forward and notices the different stars all around her. The only problem with this being a dream is that it feels so real.]

Hello? Anyone out there? [ pauses for a second ] Right, I’ve gone crazy yea? Mean now I’m talking to myself and the chance of anyone being out there in the middle of space.  Now if only I could wake up or get out of here.

So, how are you? Back to defending the Earth about now, right? Or is it a bit different for you, too? One of you that was here before, she took off after the Doctor straight away when he left us on the beach.

So then the same thing happened in a another reality?

Yep, still defendin' the Earth. [ She smiled. ] Though savin' it with Torchwood isn't the same. [ She sighed. ]

And how did that work out for her?

[ She wondered if that was something she could have done. ]

Things seem to happen the same, just in slightly different ways from what I can tell. One reality, you and I worked together in Torchwood. One reality you went off after the Doctor. My reality we ended up going our separate ways. Not entirely sure what's happening with us in your reality. And the reality with the Doctor traveling with the Master it looks like they're attempting to avoid me happening all together.

[frowns slightly and then shrugs]

She ended up trying to make her way back to Pete's World, I think. Or something along those lines. I'm not completely sure, I haven't seen her in a while. Since around Christmas.

[ She knew deep down the proper Doctor could ever give her what she really wanted and well by hearing what he had to say about things happening the same just slightly different comfirmed that even more. ]

What happened between you and me in your reality? We're together sort've. Mean I don't know; it's different you know. The Master? Who's that? Guessin' by the name I take it he's another Time Lord? [ Maybe in another reality the Doctor wasn't the last of his kind. ]

Just didn't work out is all. You didn't really trust me, I resented you, we both were probably angry at the Proper Doctor and took it out on each other.

[shuffles his feet a little awkwardly]

Yeah, another Time Lord. He had gotten himself stuck as a human at the end of the universe. There's this thing, a Chameleon Arch. It allows a Time Lord to change his biological code if he needs to go into hiding, and that's what the Master ended up doing during the war. So for all intents and purposes it seemed like there weren't any other Time Lords left.

He ended up dying again in my universe. Most universes in fact, except for the one that is around here, who is traveling with the Doctor now. The Doctor he's with is here, too.

I'm sorry. [ She offered him up a slight smile of comfort. ]

[ So the actual Doctor was here as well only he was from another reality. It would take Rose some time to get used to all this. ]

That's sad. [ She looked down at the ground for a moment. She knew how hard it was for the Doctor knowing he was the last of his kind. ]

Least in one reality he doesn't have to be the last Time Lord.

Yeah, it's hard. [a little bitterly, due to current issues he's having with MJ!Ten] Especially with it happening twice.

[clears his throat and sympathetic smile]

For the most part, yeah. At least I think so, I'm not sure though.

[ponders himself and his phantom other self for a moment]

You said it was different with, well, the other me. Maybe I could help clear up those differences for you?

Mean the you, you from my world. What should I call you? The Doctor or do you go by John now? One back at home mostly goes by John, bit strange callin' him the Doctor I guess.
