[A man appears on the plane, which wouldn't be odd except for the fact he's upside down, floating a few feet up in the air, drifting slightly. It's hard to see what he looks like aside from a few strands of white hair peeking out, thanks to the giant-ass black cloak he's sporting, but it becomes evident that he's at least human (in appearance, anyways) when a pale arm swings out from under the cloak, held up to the hood. And orange orb appears in the air above the back of his palm, flickers wildly for a few moments, then fades. The arm is retracted.]

Another dimension..?

Hn.

[He temporarily warps from view, only to reappear a second later standing, right-side-up and on the ground this time, and appears to be trying to get his bearings. The arm is out and the orange orb flashing in and out of view again.]

I am not sure. It is some sort of experiment the Twins are running. They must indeed have great power, as they have been able to pull this many people from their worlds, not to mention a goddess.

It takes great power and skill to actualize one dimension, let alone this many, or so many individuals.

It is something to do with this "Machine" of theirs, also, though I am afraid I know very little about it.

Individuals should not be able to exist outside of their own timespace without a pipeline or the-

Is that so? I would not know much about that, I am afraid. Still, I can understand at least that a place like this should be impossible.
