[Have a Handy humming to himself in the kitchen as he goes about getting ingredients out of pantries and the refrigerator.  After speaking with Ray and Chris earlier, he is almost certain he knows how to make pancakes.  He has never actually done this, however.  He figures now would be as good a time as any to distract himself by testing out this assumption]

Tea and scones with marmalade?

Scones! Oh, scones are brilliant. Why don't we have scones instead? I think I could do with a scone right about now anyway. Do you think they have some around here somewhere?

[starts rooting through cabinets looking for scones]

See if you can dig up some marmalade or jam or some sort of spread while I see if I can find scones.

[He nods, moving to rummage around in the smaller shelves] Is any flavor fine?

[head stuck in a cabinet and no luck, so he closes that one and moves on to another]

Sure! Whatever flavors you can find, pull out. Variety is best in these sort of things.

[A few moments later, Arthur has pulled out raspberry, blueberry, and cherry jam. He places them all on the counter, smiling]

Now, I hope they have loose leaves. I don't particularly fancy the sort you find in a tea bag.

They came out with those when I was about...twenty, I think? Didn't used to drink too much tea bag then.

Do you drink them now? I hope not. Especially back where you are, they all still taste like complete rubbish. They do improve a bit over time, but still, for my money, nothing beats a good cup of real proper tea.

Is there anything this kitchen doesn't have. Right, Arthur, you say you know how to make tea. Mind brewing us up some tea?

Oh, not at all. Only when it's someone else that serves them. I still prefer loose leaves over the tea bags.

[He smiles and goes about preparing the tea, rummaging for a pair of cups as he waits for the water to boil] Do you think there's sugar, o maybe even honey?

I think I did spot some of that, yeah. [pulls out sugar and honey] Even got honey! [places them on the table]

[Once the tea is done, Arthur places both cups on the counter. He pushes one towards the Doctor, then grabs honey to add to his own]
