[The twins are holding their clipboards and checking off things. They look up at Meredith] They're all beginning to access the plain of their own accord now, so it's time to officially begin the experiment! This one should produce better results than the Chimera experiment.

[Meredith stand still, voice light and careless] Perhaps we should explain some things to the subjects. It seems this may facilitate the progress of the experiment.

[The twins frown and tuck their clipboards under their arms in unison] Why do we need to do that?

I have previously given my justification. [Meredith gazes across the plane] We may find it beneficial.

'Beneficial'? [The twins give long, somewhat dramatic sighs] Fiiiine. If they really need to know...

For one, you're avoiding giving me an answer with a statement, as you have with my other questions.

Two, it shouldn't be there.

How did the shop get there?

My universe doesn't even have magic at all, thus - it isn't magical.

We put it there~ While you were asleep.

And how did you do that? You must be rather talented to put it up in the span of two hours.

We are talented. We gave you all access to this area, didn't we? And we have a lot of skilled workers~

Why didn't you answer that question as readily as you did the other ones?

Because answering questions gets boooooring. It was Meredith's idea anyway.

If that was the case, you would have answered me plainly to begin with instead of causing me to repeat it four times.

How did you draw people from different realities and timelines into what, if I'm guessing right, is a mingled set of existences or a layered set of them?

Fiiiiine.

That would be an interesting way of doing it. But we're trying a different way. We suppose it might be similar. We can give you a hint though and that's that! It has to do with cycles. You're smart~ so you can get that, right?
