[...all right, maybe not quietly. It is, in fact, a rather loud ansaphone. It is yelling, and swearing, and all in a fairly familiar English accent.]

[The red light on the phone is blinking rather angrily. The ansaphone is not happy.]

Yes, that 6000 years old thing. In my universe, they certainly did find their way out of the evolutionary ladder through such a means. I've seen the planet as it formed and through the epochs of its existence. Sadly, the Doctor's love for the planet means I'm more caught up in it's history than I'd like to be.

What have you learned about us already? There are a number of him and one of me, and of course, our beloved Lady President - and dear Susan, precious girl - so I can't be sure I'm not saying what's already known.

Only what you've told me, really. Most of the conversations I've had with the Doctor revolved around plants, and I spent more time trying to acclimate Susan to the Plane than learn the details about her...grandfather, was it?
