[A young man appears. His cloak and hat are as black as a moonless night, contrasting sharply with his pale features. He's beautiful, there's no denying that - Everything about his face is perfect, from the arc of his brows to the fine point of his jaw. His hair is long, sweeping mid back, and sways like water as he moves.

The youth stands a moment, a frown working it's way across his gorgeous visage. He looks down at his hands and it grows. His mouth opens (revealing the faint glint of fangs in the meantime), and when he speaks, the sound that emanates sounds distinctly like another youth who frequents the Plane...
