{Diva appears on the Plane, sitting on an unextraordinary mail box and (since Dero told me to), now wearing a nun's habit instead of the Victorian clothing she was wearing only the other day}

Ne, after talking to the twins, I have something nice for everyone! Since without a merger, it might be hard to talk to people here, I thought it'd be nice if we could at least send each other letters. So, according to the Twins, as long as you put the recipient's name on your letter and put it in here, it'll get there. Oh, and packages too, but they said that the things inside can't be alive, alright? Just anything you'd send through the mail normally!

{She hops off with a smile, tapping the top}

I hope that it's fun for everyone! I'll definitely be writing a few letters for some people. ♥

Could you speak it - let me hear the difference?

I'm afraid the distinction mostly went over my head.

[Sam is fail Sam!]

But if it's as any different from Parisian French as Manunian is from Scouse, I know what that sort of gap means.

What about music theory?

[personal profile] didorothy 2009-02-11 03:03 am (UTC)(link)
...You know. Music notes, the history of, different types - Baroque and Romantic and whatever else - uhm... I don't actually know much else. Melody and structure, maybe.

Do you know parts of speech in grammar? Gerunds and infinitives and all the subjunctive and that?

[personal profile] didorothy 2009-02-22 02:22 am (UTC)(link)
...Apparently not.

No, just---I thought, with being trained in languages---forget it.

No, you seem to do well without it. It's just surprising.
