Smoke is seeping from a patch on his shoulder and his hair, and there are still a few glowing embers in the hood of his green coat. He's also covered in dust and rubble. Fortunately he's pretty much uninjured, aside from a few random bruises.]

Contractors. What were they thinking? But it can't be the...

[He heaves a sigh, his expression halfway between bemusement and exasperation.] What a day...and if that was really the mansion bef--ow!

[He slaps at the back of his neck, dislodging a few embers, which wink out finally as they fall to the Plane floor.]

Train accident. Actually, it was more a sabotage than an accident. Two Contractors--I saw them. Surprisingly only one person died, though there are a few in the hospital.

It's publicity I don't want, sure, but...it at least means they're not Syndicate. There's no way the Syndicate would allow for a mess like that, and they very rarely give the okay on killing cops.
