[Ray is on the plane, looking his usual pleasant self. what is he doing, you might ask? ...he's removing the stitches from his face. so he's pretty much sitting at a table, with a mirror, snipping the threads and ripping them out one handed, since he still has an arm in a sling]

[he growls (in a way), and yanks out another stitch, wincing a bit as it catches] Shit.

Fightin'. Was nice for a bit, but it all went to shit. [Ray gives a half shrug] Couldn't agree on much. Stuff like that.

Aye. As I were sayin', she got huffy a lot 'cause I couldn't buy everythin' that struck her fancy. Right pain in the arse sometimes. Fair share of the fightin' were 'bout stupid stuff like that.

[Ray nods] Think she's datin' a new bloke, now.

Aye. Katie don't bug me for nothin'. She lets me do my thing, I let her do hers. Works a treat.

[Ray grins] Nah, you see, we go out and do stuff, yeah? Clubs, flicks, parties. Just at the flat, we let each other do what we want. If she wants to read, I don't bug her. If I wanna watch telly, she lets me do it. [he, of course, thinks this is perfect] Course she'll sit with me. Usually she'll be readin' sommat.

Oh, well I guess if both of you enjoy it, that's okay. I think it'd be boring, but...ah, I guess with someone I really liked it would be nice.
