[Ray is on the plane, looking his usual pleasant self. what is he doing, you might ask? ...he's removing the stitches from his face. so he's pretty much sitting at a table, with a mirror, snipping the threads and ripping them out one handed, since he still has an arm in a sling]

{He has to consider that} Well, there's the vampire, Diva I think her name is, but she sticks out to me because I guess I have a bias against vampires. There's a time machine, the TARDIS, the Doctors and the Masters, God knows what they are, a goddess of the sun, and...well I guess you could look around at almost anyone and see something odd.

It's not unusual here. Though, I think the only ones that have actually killed people here, that would be the Masters and the vampire.

I wouldn't say that nobody can do anything as much as the majority of people are afraid to go against them. Or in some cases, I think the ones that could easily don't really care to.
