22- After all's been said and done

[Jack is currently on the Plane. So is the Torchwood SUV. He's currently sitting inside, one leg angling out of the side door as he shifts again, reaching for another of the wires pouring out of one of the many high-tech devices that the car is equipped with. He intended to preform a few upgrades on the machinery, but doesn't seem to be doing all that well.

Muttering something under his breath, he reaches for a separate cable and jumps slightly when it shocks him, hitting his head against the roof of the car. To his credit, Jack neiher curses or lashes out  physically at the thing; instead he simply looks as if he wants to set the whole thing ablaze]

[ooc: End of the memory experiment for Jack! I had meant to post this a little earlier, since his experiment unofficially ended way back on Saturday, but kept forgetting to up until now; I'm planning to do a bit of backtagging, so don't be surprised if he already has his memory when he talks to your character]

{She tilts her head, walking closer to peer at him} Jack?

Get away, Diva. [He doesn't even turn to look at her, still seemingly focused on the task at hand. He doesn't sound angry, but rather emotionless]

{Now she reaches out, touching his arm lightly} Why?

[He flinches away, sitting up to face her; his expression is anything but happy] Don't even ask me that question. You know why.

{Diva pulls her hand away, back to her chest}

...Because...what I did...that's bad?

[Tosh folds her arms over her chest, watching him for a moment, then sighs and climbs in through the opposite door] What are you trying to do to the SUV, Jack?

[He gives her a sheepish look] Just a basic hardware update, really.

Wouldn't happen to include upgrading electronics, would it?

[Sheepish smile.] Sorry. I'm actually sort of...hazardous to electronics. Though I could at least redirect it so you don't shock yourself.

[Smiles a little and puts his hands on the SUV hood. He closes his eyes and his outline starts to glow blue as he senses out the different currents. A moment later a spark jumps over his hand and he winces a little.]
