[Jolyne has once again been canonbumped, which means her life? Has just gotten a little bit more messed up. How so, you might ask? For one, she's been thrown into an ultra security prison ward, which isn't the nicest place to be. She appears on the Plane lying rather listlessly on a long wooden cot and looking far more worn than usual; the natural light of the area makes her squint and she shields her eyes until they can adjust.

At any rate, this is a pretty good opportunity to get some decent food that isn't bug-infested or growing on the wall, so Jolyne stands up... and almost immediately has to grab onto the cot for support.]

The upside, at least no one's gonna miss me while I'm here. [She pushes away from the cot and takes a few shaky steps.] ...The downside? At this rate I'm never gonna find that thing. [Mutter mutter]

[And a slight shrug- it really is inconvenient that Yako isn't here, but a disguise has little point regardless, and it isn't as though you don't already know. He'll treat this with interest, seeing as how he hasn't had the chance to solve the mysteries of other worlds. Would they taste the same, bland, or perhaps better?]

There are plenty of possible reasons for your predicament- assumptions are the base of any mystery. With assumptions, it becomes possible to extract details that will prove or disprove certain points, leading to the completion of the puzzle. Some assumptions are obvious fact, treated with caution until they have been proven as such. Others are mere guesses, which must be followed up on within the course of the investigation.

An example! [GRIN, which to anyone that does know him well enough, means that he's amusing himself by degrading you.] I have no method of proving that you aren't a crazed arsonist!
