[While it's been a while since visiting the Plane, Neuro has certainly not forgotten about it. What's left to be determined is how many of those on it can see him for what he is- thus, you get what appears to be a very average scene: He is sitting there, at a desk, reading the newspaper.

Which would be easier to comprehend if you can ignore the fact that he actually has a stack of newspapers on the desk. And his demonic aura makes his little helpers invisible to the watching eye-- but there are tiny creatures that look like their whole body consists of an eyeball, hanging off of his hair and circling around the newspaper, scanning it for even the smallest detail.

Those with special powers would, of course, be able to see them- which is exactly his goal: to examine the 'mystery' of the "humans" here. As he's realizing, there really isn't as much need for an 'act' while on the Plane, considering how many see through it so effortlessly.]


[OOC: The eyeballs are just tools that act as an extension of his actual sight-- although they SEEM very... alive. /ten bajillion edits because I fail :|b]
