08; I told ya I was trouble [yeah, you know that I'm no good]

[Have a Doctor. He's been, uh, indisposed the last few days on the TARDIS and no force in this universe could have him tell you why. As it is, he's wandering around, poking at some of the items left on the plane.]

Not it. Not it. Blimey, this place is starting to look like a dormitory common room.

[he finally finds a trunk he was looking for and turns it over.]

Right, well, that wasn't so hard.

...god, not again. [Sits down on the edge of her table and massages her eyes.]

Half the plane doesn't remember the last seven years and the other half insist they never happened, that's what wrong!

Time-space realignment?

[She closes her eyes and sighs.] I don't know. What do you mean? To me? My life? Or after we came here and everyone decided that my daughter can't exist and that my husband is still known as a criminal?

[heavy sigh] Six years ago I adopted a boy named Eiji, a Contractor. Five years ago I married Hei. Shortly after that I pushed through a pardon for him and he came back to Tokyo with Yin. Three years ago my daughter, Xin, was born. I'm now the Superintendant General of the MPD, and have been since before Xin was born. Sam Tyler is Xin's godfather; Donna Noble is her godmother. Eiji's godparents are Angela and Mu. You visit. A lot. I was going to travel with you, but they Eiji's adoption went through--the timing just never seemed to work.

You take the kids places, sometimes. You took Yin to a dark planet, one where the people see by scent--I don't remember what you said it was called. She even made a friend there. You carry letters back and forth, from time to time, their own little language, written in perfumed ink. [a faint smile]</I. She thought of that trick herself.
