Well...this is odd, indeed. It would appear I've been caught within a temporal loop of some kind, though I cannot find a source. Nor was there any such phenomenon on the planet we'd landed on. I see no possible way for this place to exist, let alone with me inside it. It warrants further investigation.

[disappears off the Astral Plane easily, returning shortly thereafter]

Strange. The Doctor is unable to view this anomaly with me. Nor can Charlotte. It is as though it does not exist outside my own perceptions, but that is impossible. Isn't it?

It was another of Rassilon's plots, of course, brought about by an exploding Time-Station carrying Anti-Time. You and I were infected, after it was destroyed within me, and rather than possibly expose the whole of our universe to the infection, you chose self-exile within the divergent universe. Charming place, really, filled with the species Rassilon feared would one day overthrow the Time Lords.

[shrugs, still smiling faintly]

It's a talent, Doctor. I have oh so many of them.
