[Here is a Ryotarou. Ryotarou has a kitten! It is black, with white splotches on its paws and face like it fell in paint. It has very pretty, green eyes, and it is currently laying against Ryotarou's chest and purring heavily; someone missed Ryotarou while he was out of his reality and on the experiment.

Obviously, kittens are awesome for barrier lowering, because Ryotarou is murmuring to himself while watching the stars!]

I suppose it is a bit my fault... isn't it?

Fufufu, a tasty snack you have there~

It is only a joke, young one! I do not plan to eat your kitten.

...There is hardly any meat to be had on it~

Oh, you are a young one, since you are many hundreds of years younger than I. I am a great wolf, watching over the youngsters at home. They called me a Goddess. I call myself Horo, the Wise Wolf of Kenro.

I have! And she is a wonderful acquaintance to have. I have not heard of the land of Nippon, but in turn, she does not know of Pasroe. In that sense, we are even, I suppose!

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
Ah, Pasroe is a small town in the countryside next to a great set of forest. They have great rolling fields, always of wheat, and they take their thatch from by the river that bellows right by the town. The closest city is Patzuille, but even then that is two days by carriage and at least five if you walk.

{Grins} I am sure even more out of the way for you! There seem to be few from my time, but humans are clinging to the Church and still parade about in clothing made of metal to dispute their differences.

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 10:23 am (UTC)(link)
Ah, yes, those. I have only recently learned the proper name for them.

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 03:51 pm (UTC)(link)
Indeed! It is not something I necessarily understand, but it is amusing nonetheless.

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 03:54 pm (UTC)(link)
Ah, yes. For humans to carry such a heavy burden as protection, it is amusing. But then again, humans are not ones that have claws, fangs, or even fur enough to keep them warm. I had forgotten how cold this body was, after all.

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 04:00 pm (UTC)(link)
{Grins} Humans hardly do what is necessary, youngster. They complain when you let the land rest to give a better crop, but then complain when the crop isn't perfect. Humans are odd. I would think of them as the irrational beast rather than the rational beast that they think themselves.

Of no offense, of course! Humans are an odd breed, but pleasant nonetheless.

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 04:06 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, absolutely! In my travels I have been enjoying meeting all these odd, different people. I do love a good conversation.

[identity profile] wheat-wolf.livejournal.com 2008-10-20 04:09 pm (UTC)(link)
And here, of course, it is interesting to see about these "different worlds". I am not sure if I can properly wrap myself around that idea, but I can suspend my disbelief enough to accept it.

Then what is your reality like?
