[Enter Chris. He's half-draped across a perfectly ordinary couch, a coffee table off to his side, and a newspaper resting over his face. He almost looks like he's asleep, save for the click-ick, click-tchk, click-ick, click-tchk of the retractable red pen in his hand.

Anyone who wants to come take a look at the newspaper will notice the circles in red ink around a few of the wanted ads; there's even a rip through one of them where Chris got frustrated and just scribbled the whole thing out.

So, yes. Come bother him? :D]

(ooc: As a somewhat unrelated note, Chris's ghost senses have adapted to the Plane! Which basically means his sense will go off if your character is part of the Sparkle Blood Club.)

[flkdnskl—! Chris jerks up half-way and the newspaper slips off. He gives her a small glare before sighing and taking the paper to straighten it out.]

... Yeah.

[Pfft, she lives in a prison. Glaring's not going to get you very far, Chris. She leans over the back of the couch to poke at one of the circled ads.]

Maybe it's just me, but I can't really picture you as the truck driver type.

[Glaring never gets Chris very far, but he does it anyway. He rolls his eyes at the comment.]

[Pulls the paper down so he can look at Henrietta proper.] No. Not really. Just looking for a job.

[She sits down next to his feel and rests her violin case in her lap.] What kind of job?

[He shrugs and sits up a little more properly to give her room.] Anything I think I could pull off. Whatever savings I had built up aren't going to last forever.

[A quiet, forced exhalation, and Chris suddenly sits up, pulling the paper off and glancing around... until he spots Hei. He frowns.]

[sdkln Ghost senses going off? He sits up and looks over at Misaki, somewhat startled.] What— ... um. No, not yet. [And now he's attempting to glance around surreptitiously.]

[Ack— forced exhale under the paper, and he shifts so he can look around for what might have set it off. A side-glance to Shun.] ... Yeah. I am.

[The pen clicking stops with a soft, forced exhalation under the paper, and he pulls it down warily. He gives Diva a curious and cautious look before he scans the area nearby with just his eyes.]
