[Minato comes to the astral plane with a gun in a holster around his waist. For once, he isn't slouching. He speaks clearly, in a voice that is more tense than his normal, relaxed tone.]

[buries her face into her kneecaps, except she's a loud crier anyway, so it's impossible to hide] S-Sam's s-strong enough, you know. T-That's not why he's g-gone. S-Stupid...

[He's not sure if Fumie would like a hug or not, so he just sits there for now.] He is strong. That's why he'll be back. He wouldn't leave you forever.

[would like one but doesn't know how to ask for one D:] Everyone...everything ends. B-but I don't want Sam to end yet. And things that end early are weak... [pushes down a sob] Sam's s-strong. [nods and shuts her eyes] ...I don't like this place anymore, Minato.

[And the "I don't like this place anymore" gets to him. He wraps an arm around Fumie and gently pulls her closer. He can think of a few things to say, but he's not sure if it would help, if she wants to hear it.]

[and now she stops pretending and buries her face into Minato's shirt to cry. I do not have an icon to properly express her angst right now but suffice to say she'll stay curled up against him for a while.]
