...I can't believe it. Is this really a real place? It looks more like something that would have been on the ark...

It really is pretty, but I probably shouldn't stay too long. Mr. Link is probably already wondering where I went. But...[He laughs slightly]

Maybe some peace and quiet would be nice. Mr. Link is nice and everything, but it's a bit tiresome to be followed around all the time. But I thought I heard someone else a minute ago. Are there other people here or did I manage to wander into the ark after all?

If it is, it's not Sagas. His illusions are spectacular, but he leaves...mm..I suppose a signature would be the right word. It is simple to find, should one know where to look, but I see nothing of the sort.

I believe I saw something like this place, briefly, the last time I went into town. I've had glimpses of star bursts and nebulae in the dreams of the following nights. Still, this unnerves me.

Then that can only mean it's someone...Or something else. I thought at first that Ko---My boss had done something strange again. He's an eccentric kind of person, so I wouldn't exactly put it past him...

Hm, something like this is in a town? Where?

In the marketplace of Athens. I had to go to town for foodstuffs, and happened across a strange shop of sorts. I did not enter, but behind my eyes, I saw this place....

Oh, Athens? That's a very nice city. I only got to briefly visit it on the way to another place...But I never got to go anywhere other than the hotel I was staying at.

It is a lovely city, but I find it too crowded. So tell me, Allen, How did you come to be here?

Hm...Well, I had a really strange nightmare, so I woke up to get something to eat. I got to the kitchens, but Jerry had already gone to sleep, so I went back into the kitchen to just grab a snack....But there was a door that hadn't been there before and was really out of place.

It turned out to be a weird shop too, with three strange people. I asked a few questions about why they were there and how they had gotten in, but then I was outside of that door again. I tried to go back inside and, well, I ended up here.

Hmm, so a curious shop of sorts is common to both of us. I wonder if it is the same for others?

Even if it is, though, I wonder what that means? Because, at the very least, this place is bringing people from different places together.

I've only spoken to you and one other thus far, so you know more than I at the moment. People from different places? I wonder why...

I can't help but wonder the same thing...

I see little else in common between us besides our gender and the fact that we came across this 'shop,' so there seems to be no discernible pattern as to who as brought here...

But it's the why that worries me.

Well, maybe the people in that shop would know. Actually, based on what Miss Sault said, I'm sure they would know the why.

Miss Sault? She must have been the woman who was staring at me from the window...

Well, I never saw her face. She was cloaked like the head generals the entire time.

I must say, she was rather forgettable. Even now I can't call her to mind, though I know she was there.

What did she say to you?

Only that this place is called the astral plane, her name, and...I think something like "welcome to the machine", but I can't be sure if those were her exact words.

That's rather eerie, i should think.

Astral plane hmm? Fitting name.
