[Juni is sitting cross legged and scowling, a glass of wine is by her hand and spread all around her are documents that all look fairly old… The parchment is covered in some very ancient looking script and Juni is often looking at all of them and making puzzled sounds] How he ever thought I could translate these…

[She takes a sip of the wine] I wasn’t that good at languages… Especially not this language.

If it even is a language and not some form of ancient doodling.

Yeah, it's a family tree I think... Probably my family tree, worryingly.

It's demon... Well, one of the many forms of demon.

Well, my families ancestors.

Interesting. Was it interbreeding with existing humans?

I assume so, my ancestors decided to support the demons and so bred with them... [Slight smile] It must have been rather embarrassing when the demons lost.

Ah, well, there are stories like that during wars, they just don't usually cross species.

My ancestors were rather overenthusiastic in their support.

...It's very rare, most of the children of such couplings die at birth... Those that don't pass the curse onto their descendants.

[Forced smile] Yes... You see, a good percentage of the descendants of those that bred with demons turn into werewolves.

Well, wolf-like creatures at least.

Well, that begs the question about you. Any wolfish traits or does it skip a generation?

[Smile] It's a selective curse, not every child suffers from it... Though there can be other skills instead of it, I can occasionally see the future for example.

If I concentrate very hard on a paticular word that word sometimes crops up in them but I think it's more coincidence then anything else.

It does seem like it could just be the word wiggles its way into your visions.

Maybe, I don't understand them... They just happen randomly for the most part.

I think only a few of the lesser demons talk about me, most of the rest just try and eat me.
