That's technology for you. Amazing things they're doing nowadays. Now you go back to the menu, and this one [he points out another option] is where you find music. I've got some classical on there for you, and some contemporary stuff. I'm not really sure what all of it is...

You'll need a computer with the iTunes program on it. Have you got access to one?
No. [Shocking, really. You'd think they would have provided such things.] What's iTunes?
