No, Doctor. That is a form of insanity. [he pauses, leans back and relaxes] Doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting a different outcome.

I think they do. Look at-- [crap, can't use the Master as an example] --well, look at me. Different outcome to my trying, isn't there? I've changed. Things changed even if they seem to be staying on the same track.
