[Zuko sits on the top of the theater with his uneven gold gaze trained on the stars. Most of him has disappeared beneath a floor-length red robe with gold lining the hood. His knees are pulled to his chest, hands cradling some small, ornamental object. He doesn't know what the constellations mean. He doesn't care. All he knows is that his destiny is coming fast upon him, and he can't run anymore. Didn't he say he was going to stop running?

A soft sigh, and he draws into himself more, just pale skin and robe and frown.]

How can he tell me that and expect me to just... I can't... I'm not...

... Uncle... why does it have to be me?

Because there's a lot more to life than luck and destiny and fate. You can make your own chances, just like you can make your own destiny.

[It's obvious Hei hit a nerve. Zuko lapses into silence. He's right... isn't he? That's what Uncle has been telling him all along...]

[Falls silent as well, just looking out at the stars. Zuko needs to make his own decisions, after all.]
