Uh... there are a lot of bulls in mythology, but... this one is usually associated with the 12 Labors of Heracles. It was rampaging in a place called Crete, and Heracles captured it with his bare hands.

I can't remember all of them right now, but there were golden apples involved, and lots of angry monsters with multiple heads.
