[Flonne stumbles onto the Plane, giving a surprised gasp as she looks around] Ah! This isn’t--! Oh, my. Did the Gate Keeper send me to the Stellar Graveyard by mistake? But it doesn’t look the same… It doesn’t feel like the Netherworld at all.

[Her high heels click as she walks forward and calls] Laharl-san? Etna-san? Are you here? Hello? Is there anyone there?

…It looks like I’m alone here. Maybe this has to do with that new shop. Demons have such a strange sense of humour sometimes, so this could all be a joke.

[She looks more relaxed this time as she looks at the stars, a warm smile on her face] But this place is so beautiful. I feel so close to the stars. It can’t be a joke. But I wonder where I am. I better find out fast before everyone wonders where I am!

I'm used to the Netherworld, which is very rocky. I guess it's because of the volcanoes.

[Vaguely surprised.] Really? Well, uh...thanks. ...Flonne is a pretty nice name too, I guess.

Thank you! I like my name, too. So are you from a rocky place, then?

Definitely! Nothing but sweet rocks and good earth for miles. That's why they call it the Earth Kingdom, anyway.

Oh, I've never heard of your kingdom. But it must be very nice there.

Yeah, most people here haven't. Oh well. I haven't heard of your...uh, what was it, the Netherworld?

The Netherworld is far away from the Human World, so that may be why. I really do not know much about the Human World, either. What is it like?

Hm, well--there's the four nations. Or, well, three nations now I guess... Anyway, it's the Earth Kingdom, the Fire Nation, the Water Tribes and the Air Nomads. There's only one Air Nomad left, and he's my friend, Aang. A hundred years ago the Fire Nation started a war against the other three...they wiped out the Air Nomads, and just recently, they... [Trying not to let bitterness creep into her voice, unsuccessfully.] They brought down the Earth Kingdom.

My friends and I are trying to fight the Fire Nation and find a way to end the war.

O-Oh, that's terrible! People can be so cruel in war... I'm very sorry your world has had to endure such sadness.

But the way you talk...I think there's hope in your friends. I'm sure through your teamwork, you can accomplish your goal.

Well...I'm pretty used to it. I mean, it's been going on for my whole life. I can't really imagine a world where the war isn't happening--but I still want to see that world. [Chuckles.] Sort of, anyway.

Yeah! We're a good team. We'll figure things out for sure.

A world of only peace would be very difficult to obtain. Even friends fight. But a happier world...that is one I'm sure you and your friends can achieve!

Yeah, I like to think so.
