[The Doctor appears, looking relatively pleased, except something seems to be nagging him. It's called 'sand'. He's just a bit dirty and seats himself on the Astral floor, pulling off his trainers and dumping sand out of them]

Trainers and deserts really don't mix... Shouldn't have parked out there. [he pounds on the sole of the shoe, wiggling his fingers inside it to scrap out the sand] It's a bit sad I didn't get a first edition. I have three copies of it anyway... But a signed edition would be brilliant.

[grins] Makes about the same amount of sense to me, too. I've heard bits and pieces but, honestly, this is a bit much even for the Daleks.

Considering the Daleks usual goal is destroying any and all life different from them, kidnapping planets is a bit worrying. ...Still not sure what bees have to do with it. Dalek bees?

But why would they kidnap them instead of... destroying them? [pause goes here] Don't bees die after they sting someone? Could... that have something to do with it?

Sometimes they plan something big. They tried piloting a planet once. [thinks, biting his lip] Maybe. Bee stingers? Daleks bombing others?

Um... [small shrug] There haven't really been any.. adventures recently. The Imagin didn't attack while Sakurai and I were stuck here, or since. I suppose that's a good thing since Sakurai and I haven't seemed to merge yet, but... [another small shrug]
