[Have you missed the Brigadier and Donna? Of course you have! So here they both are.

Donna is pulling away from the Brigadier as if she just finished hugging him and is looking quite pleased with herself. The Brigadier, meanwhile, is standing straight and tall, hands behind his back and if you look carefully, you'll note he's actually happy! Yes, he has emotions. It's amazing. But really, they're both looking pretty good right now.]

You're telling me. But yeah, we just got done with that and you and the Doctor went off so the Brigadier and I were saying bye to my family and UNIT.

Really? Wait, the Brig's with this Doctor? That's weird.

Isn't it? It was sort of a funny turn. We'd just finished this thing with the Ood and we had to pop back to get the Brigadier. The Doctor mentioned a message or something. He did that vague thing.

[laughs] You've gotta love it when he goes all vague. Still, I hope his other regeneration doesn't miss him too much - they had a lot of nasty alien visitors back then, from what I understand.

The Doctor keeps saying he can land and drop him off at exactly the time he left but I'm starting to doubt that. I'm thinking if there were ever TARDIS flying tests, he failed'em.

[grin] I expect he did, yeah. Though he was accurate enough when I first met him - he travelled back in time to earlier that day to prove to me that time travel existed.

More or less, yeah. The first time I went off with him, I sort of...disappeared from my brother's birthday party without warning, then came back the next day - my mum thought I'd slept with him, I think. [grimace]
