Apparently 'enemies' works just as well. And now I have to deal with it. Even after I told him what would happen!

I highly doubt you can force two realities to unmerge.

{Nods} Oh, alright! I thought you were being serious. It doesn't sound like you, though. But I understand.

But twice? Why twice? Wouldn't punching him once be enough to say hello?

I feel he deserves an extra greeting.

{Smiles again with a little laugh} If it were anyone else, I'd pity them, but it's not like Gene doesn't deserve a punch or two every once in a while. Ah, but speaking of greetings!

It's nice to see Sam again. It's been a little while since I've seen you. I was getting worried!

I've been a bit busy. Twins were working me around the clock.

[madamemoiselle]

Don't worry about it. I was just worried something had happened, that's all. Ne, but it's not like I haven't been busy. Rehearsals almost every day, appearances, promotion, a lot of stuff I don't really care about. It's all boring. {Or, those are the good things, at least}

But it's better now, right? They shouldn't make you work so hard.

{Frowns just a little} I just don't want you to worry too much about me. I think that if bad things happen to me, I think Sam cares more than I do.

Well maybe you need someone to care more for you.

Maybe...But things that may seem terrible to Sam are normal to me. So I don't want Sam to rush into something that...would be stupid to do. {Definitely referring to Sam's plans to confront Amshel}

Normal to you doesn't mean they're right. And it doesn't mean you should let it keep happening.

{Pause} If Amshel is upset because I'm changing, then I can't imagine what would happen if I tried to stand up to him.
