[Runs up to him with her awesome List. It has pictures of people on the Plane in rows, connected by arrows with either one or two tick marks above the arrows. She sets it at his feet and looks up at him with a questioning look.]
[Inclines her head at the questioning look and then presses her nose to each person. She then draws a picture of Kougaiji and draws an arrow to a blank spot. She presses her nose to the new picture, then nods at the others and looks up at Kougaiji again.]
[Kougaiji sighs and shakes his head, giving her a serious and slightly apologetic look; he hasn't attempted to speak to anyone yet, nor does he really know who would understand him. He holds up two fingers, though, and then attempts to speak in Gallifreyan for her.]
Trust me, I've wanted to go after them a few times myself. It's probably not the best idea. They were able to bring a goddess here, after all, and tampered with her world while they were at it.
If anything, that would just make you their next target.
[Oh, it's the kid who nearly got himself killed last time he saw him. Of course, Kougaiji doesn't understand. He sighs and shakes his head. Gallifreyan:]
[Thankfully, that makes both of the languages, so obviously this guy doesn't speak Cat and Ryotarou doesn't have to try. Language barriers still suck, though.]
[After a moment, Kougaiji gives Ryotarou a concerned look and points to the boy's stomach, where he was hurt the last time. He tilts his head to one side, trying to get his point across since he obviously can't say.]
[Right, right... Ryotarou gives a reassuring nod and a smile. He's fine! He gives a slight bow to thank Kougaiji for asking, then tilts his head a little in the modesty that he didn't need to in the first place, though.]
[Kougaiji smiles a bit in return and nods -- that's good. He flips a tiny knife out of his pocket and extends it to Ryotarou, jokingly asking with his expression if he needs it.]
[Kougaiji shrugs a shoulder. How can you say "protection" without the actual word? He thinks for a moment, and then ends up just chucking under his breath and shaking his head. He never was any good at charades... He just gestures to Ryotarou, assuring him that its his to keep if he wants.]
[Ryotarou looks at it, then shifts the knife in his grip so he can pull out his notepad and pen, holding it out for Kougaiji? 'Cause he really has no idea why the guy is giving him a knife, except maybe for the sake of irony.]
[Just kind of stares at the writing. Does not compute. Ummm! Scoots over next to Kou, takes the pen after giving a little look like, 'Sorry :x' and scribbles in a little stick figure. Pictionary, anybody?]
[Kougaiji wasn't ever very good at pictionary, either. Why couldn't Mahjong be turned into a form of communication...? He takes the pen back, taps it a few times as he thinks, then simply draws a shield. Defense, right? It makes sense. ... At least, to him.]
[Kougaiji shrugs. He thinks again, and decides that there is no harm in giving it one last shot. He takes the pen, drawing two stick figures, one stabbing the other. He then marks through it. On the other side, he draws two stick figures again, only they both have knives.]
[Looks between the two doodles.. and blinks for a minute. Oooh. Smiles a little and shakes his head. He can defend himself, usually, but... he has no idea how to doodle that.]
[Kougaiji isn't sure what Ryotarou is disagreeing to, or if that's even the reason the boy is shaking his head, but he has no clue how to question it. Who knew not being able to talk would be this difficult?
He decides that knowing the other's name would probably be a good thing in the future. So, pointing to himself, he says,] Kougaiji. [He then gestures to Ryotarou and inclines his head a bit.]

It's the Twins, no doubt. Up to their tricks again.

Really? ... I have half a mind to make them pay for it.

[He sighs.] It doesn't make me any less angry. Guess I should put some thought into it, though, instead of just going after them.

You too?

I'm sorry, I don't understand.

It's nice to meet you. [He says in Greek, because he's damn well fed up with charades~.]

It's nice to meet you, too.
