[slips his finger around and rubs the nap of his neck slowly]

[cranes his neck with a small noise and lets his hand trace down the Master's neck]

[suddenly grabs the Doctor's wrists and pins them above his head, pressing down into a rought kiss]

[gives a surprised gasp against the Master's mouth but kisses him back hard]
