[Jamie is on his way towards the kitchen and keeping a wary eye out for the monsters when something catches his eye. He stops, blinks a few times, and then a glad smile breaks out on his face.]

Victoria!

[He takes off, running towards a spot where there's...nothing at all. He stops, extending his arms out to clutch at the air excitedly, then draws it in for a long, long hug. Once he lets go, he starts talking quite rapidly.]

Victoria, when did ye get here? You've not been attacked? Good. Look, there's things ye need to know about. We can't talk now, though. It's not safe here. We need to get inside before...

[There's a screaming sound, then, picked up and carried by multiple voices. A group of corpses have spotted Jamie and start to converge on his location. Jamie pushes the air behind him and draws his sword before turning around to address the air urgently.]

Stay behind me, and as soon as ye can, make a break for it. And whatever ye do, don't go in the water!

[Determined to protect someone who's not there, Jamie stands his ground and starts to hack at the corpses as they close in.]
