[Kougaiji appears on the plane, his eyes narrowed and his expression somewhat fierce. With each passing second he looks a bit more aggressive, and he takes a good, slow look around himself. After a moment, he relaxes, but not by much.

He takes a few steps forward, but seeing as he can't tell one direction from another, he decides it may be best to stay still, if only for now.]

Well, I mean that it's nice to meet other people that aren't human. Or maybe comforting is a better word. Not that I don't like them, but...It's nice all the same.

[Small smile--he's not one of the Official Astral Plane Greeters for no reason :D] It's a sort of crossroads between realities--or worlds. You can come and go from here just by thinking it, and time doesn't pass in your own world while you're here. The whole thing is an experiment run by the Twins--you probably saw them in their shop.

Oh, and--it's mostly safe here, but occasionally odd things happen. Lately the Twins have been going after certain people and running weird experiments on them. At least we think that's what's happening.
