[And it's Firo again! Tripping backwards onto the plane in a massive clangor of falling plate armor (Italian circa the 1500s), with a fauchard buried in his gut. He's got a good grip on the haft to keep it from falling over and doing even more damage. =_= ]

Collectors. I hate collectors. [He coughs and stares up at the 'sky' with a long-suffering look on his face.]

[Not entirely sure what to do.] Should I... sing a song or something? What makes 'em go away?

Time. [Hei runs his fingers through his hair.] Anyway, shouldn't you be a bit more worried about yourself? You're the one who just had a damn spear through you.

[That surprises a bit of honesty out of him.] I've had worse.

[The hallucination starts to flicker and die, but now a dull headache is starting.]

...Really? What do you... Actually, I don't want to know. What were you doing that you ended up impaled on a spear?

Fauchard. It's a fauchard. [Not sure where that bit of knowledge came from, but oh well.]

...Okay. [The last of the hallucination fades like fog.]

Better?

[Rubs his temple, ow headache >(] Yeah.

[Figures he should get Hei's mind off things.] It was a business trip that went a bit sour. Had to discuss something with an associate of the Alveare, but he didn't want to talk much.

[Makes a face.] I hate when that happens.

Happens to you a lot, huh?

Not so much the business part, but definitely the part where people prefer to talk with their weapons.

[Remembers some of the stuff he saw when Hei was all crazy and stuff.] Yeah, you've got a bit of an eventful life.

...Right--you saw all of that, didn't you?

Fair bit. But I won't tell, so no worries there.

[Stares at him for awhile as if calculating something. But eventually he sighs a little.]

Suppose there's nothing I can do about it now.

[A smile that doesn't do anything to make him look cheerful.] Tryin' to think of a way to kill me? Shut me up, make me forget?

[Nods at the spear.] Killing you would be a bit difficult, wouldn't it?

More'n a bit. Only another immortal can do it, sorry.

[Smirks.] Guess that option is out then.

Gotta know how sorry I am.

Still. It's probably best for everyone if you just forget most of what you saw. [Evil little smile.]
