[the TARDIS appears on the Plane for the second time in as many weeks, completely and utterly ecstatic. at least she isn't singing bad South Park songs this time, though]

Doctor, I was able to fly! I'm not trapped anymore! I can take you anywhere within the divergent universe again! [almost breathless] I'm free again...!

I thought so, hearts are the things that keeps us alive, gero! But I didn't know someone can fly with it!

[he's an excitable little thing, isn't he? the TARDIS thinks Amane is exceedingly curious] I can speak all languages of all species, yes. I have never deigned speak with a turtle, however. Their conversations tend to take too long. And I simply understand them and speak to them through their minds.

[tilts her head] I tend to speak only to the Doctor, who is a Time Lord, though I've communicated with humans, Autons, Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, Eternals and several dozen others. I use my telepathic field to speak through their minds, as that is my main method of communication. [blinks] I cannot teach you to be psychic. Your brain is too small and not equipped for such things.

And vain, gero! [LAUGHS]

Possibly, though their idea of psychic is distinctly lacking in any cohesiveness. It is slip-shod and worthless.

Why is doing what adults say such a bad thing?

It stands to reason that adults would know more than children, as they've more experience.

[now her arm is all wobbly ; ;] A shapeshifter is a creature that can change its form between multiple species or body types, as you have just done. By becoming human.

I know of many dances, but I've no reason nor inclination nor ability to dance, not as I truly am. I can ... waltz, I believe it was. The Doctor showed me. But that is all I've ever done.
