[Minato's looking at a full fledged kitchen. There's a giant restaurant sized oven, restaurant sized fridge, a contrastingly normal sized stove and cabinets, which contain a few pots and many baking pans, a very old but still working microwave, a ton of spices on spice racks and scattered about AND YES, THIS KITCHEN INCLUDES THE KITCHEN SINK. It also has a kettle thrown in, because when Minato requested a kitchen he could only think of the essentials: "a stove and a kettle". Minato seems mildly surprised at how much came with it.]

... Kitchens need a lot of stuff.
