[In the midst of all the worry for the missing people, Ryotarou appears on the Plane with a beige bike propped up on a kickstand. The front tire is flat, while the chain is all caught up in the gears and seemingly stuck. Ryotarou himself is kneeling next to the bike, trying to see if anything else is wrong with it. In his mouth is a Deneb-brand lollipop, with the wrapper twisted up and stuck behind his ear.]

Now... where do I start with this...?

[He really has no idea what he's doing.]

(ooc: Feel free to have your character want some candy. Canon says it's like crack or something really, really good.)

[Just appears out of the Astral blue, being in human form, to crouch next to Ryotarou, and stare at the bike. He is actually in silent for a minute... then starts to ask..]

Nee nee what are you doing, gero? And what is this, hm hm hm? It looks weird, is this some human thing again, gero gero?

[Ryotarou jumps just a little and turns to Amane. He pulls the lollipop out so he can answer and tilts his head a little.]

It's my bike... it's how I get around faster than I could on foot. But... it's broken right now.

Oohhh, gero! Really really, gero? How fast is it? [happy face!] So you're gonna repair it, hm hm? With that gero? [points lollipop]

Pretty fast. If I get it fixed, I can show you, Amane-san. [he nods... then blinks at the lollipop] Hm?

Oh oh, that awesome, gero, awesome! [claps!] Can I help, can I help, gero? [grins and already takes the candy, holding it close to the bike.] Um um um, how are you using this, hm hm hm?

[Ryotarou wiggles his fingers where the candy was a moment ago, then quietly goes 'ack!' and shakes his head, holding his hands up in a 'stop' gesture]

N-no. Um... that's not what it's for! It's just candy.

[blinkblinkblink!] What, what? Candy, gero? [eyes the lollipop] It doesn't look like candy, gero! Candy is smaller, and sweet and [and helps himself with a long lick, thank you very much] Ooooh it IS sweet, gero gero! But why is it looking like this, and why it has this stick, hm hm hm?

It's a lollipop. The stick is so it's easier to hold... [Ryotarou just blinks and offers a small, if not somewhat confused smile.] Would you like to keep it, Amane-san?

Lorripopp, gero? [uh-oh new word--] But why would I want to hold candy, when I can keep it in my mouth too gero gero? Hm hm? Gero? [...! present!] Oh, oh gero can I, I really can keep it, gero? Mmm, but Teru said I shouldn't take candy from strangers, gero! Nee nee I wonder why, gero...

[Hi, he's standing behind you now, looking at you for a moment, and then the bike.]

Bit of a mess now, isn't it?

[jumps! again! and looks back at him, eyes a little wide. He nods and looks back at it, taking the candy out so he can respond]

It is... but I'm hoping I can fix it.

[a small bit of hesitance, then he shakes his head]

Not really. I've never had to fix it on my own before.

[He nods, turning his head just enough to glance at him]

Figured as much. Mind if I?

[Ryotarou scoots out of the way, just a little]

[He's turning back to the bike, and is still looking at it.]

The chain will be easy enough. You need a new tire though.

I figured as much. [He sighs and sucks on the lollipop for a minute before lowering his head.] I'm not sure if I can afford it, though.

[Ikki shuffles closer and looks down at the bike.]

What happened?

[Ryotarou glances up at Ikki, blinking, then takes the lollipop out and sets it back in its wrapper for now]

I'm not sure. I think I may have run over some glass, but I don't know how the chain got like this...

Huh. Lemme look at it. [He kneels beside the bike and tugs at the chain in a few places to try and figure out a weak point...]

[Despite being snapped along the line somewhere and tangled to all hell, the chain holds tight.]

Do you know what you're doing, Ikki-san...?

Yeah. I had to take care of my bike at home before I started Air Treck. I can't remember how many times I busted it up myself. Do you have a screwdriver or something?

[shakes his head] I don't, but I could go get one? I think we have one around, at least...

[Ryotarou nods and pops off the Plane for roughly five minutes, then comes back with a screwdriver. He holds it out for Ikki as soon as he's back.]
