[The doors of the stacked cages she's perched on top of swing back and forth for a moment with the remembered momentum of the cat catcher's van. Cy is spotless and serene, surveying the Plane from atop her little white castle. She's glowing.

Well. Her spark plug is, in any case. Little light-motes, most of them white, drift up and down around her like someone breathing in their sleep. Every so often, a wink of green or red joins the white flow; every so often, too, a mote will drift down and sink into the glow of her spark plug.

If you listen carefully--or if you have gifts that tend toward the psychic--you might here a strange and distant voice, impossible to understand. More clearly, perhaps, the faint sound of music--flutes and drums and singing. Cy herself is singing, in her own way, in nonmusical little chimes of sound. She watches the sparks drift and her eyes glitter with the same floating colors.]
