[Dino shows on up on the Plane staring at a ring he's wearing on his right hand. After a few seconds of staring, the ring bursts into flame.]

Okay, I have that down. Now to see if this works again...[Dino pulls a small box out of his pocket. He inserts the ring a hole in the top of the box, and top bursts open in a swirl of fire. The flames condense into a very large black horse is still faintly surrounded by orange flames, has said flames swirling around it's homes and seemingly sprouting from it's shoulders. It turns to Dino...and starts to chew on his hair.]

Hey...you aren't going to start this again are you?

[And have a Misaki wtfing in your general direction.]

[Glances over a gives a bit of smile] Um, hi?

[Has a Doctor moment.] What.... what... What?!

It's a horse?

It... box... and flames. Dino! What in the world?!

It's a weapon?

It's eating your head.

Yeah, I know. I don't know why it keeps doing that. [Glares at the horse, who glares back at him]

[Snerk]

Can... I touch it? Him? Is it a him?

[Blinks] Sure, I guess, long as he doesn't mind.

Yeah, it's a stallion.

Of course he is. [She offers her hand, palm up.]

[The horse eyes her until Dino pats it's neck] Friend, so don't do anything to her. [And the horse leans out to sniff at her hand]

[Lets him sniff, then rubs his nose gently.] Well. Whatever he is, he's beautiful. Name?

Uhh...I haven't thought about one yet.

[Scritch scritch scritch.] Such a beautiful boy needs a name. [Obviously talking more to the horsie than to Dino.]

[The horsie like the attention, and starts to lip Misaki's hair, which cause Dino to smile slightly] I really should think of a name. It would be weird to keep calling him 'the horse'.

[Ducks, chuckling, and starts rubbing 'the horse' under his chin.] Yes, you're handsome.

[To Dino,] Where did he come from? How can you do this, I mean?

[Dino sighs, trying to figure out how to explain] It's something to do with the Dying Will Flame, although I'm not really sure how it works. The Dying Will Flame is...concentrated emotion I guess. With the right tools, that emotion turns into actually flames and can be used to do all sorts of things. The Vongola has been made famous for using the dying will flame as a weapon and that was partially how they managed to become one of the most powerful Mafia families.

I see. [Sort of.] So it's something only you can do, or can others in your family?

[Still rubbing the horsie's nose.]

[The horsie is trying to eat your hair again Misaki]

I'm the only one in my family that can do it. [He holds up his hand so Misaki can see the ring] You need a ring like this to make it work, and this is the only one my Family has. It's passed on to whoever becomes the Boss each generation.

[Chuckles and lets him lip at it, though she won't let him munch in earnest.] Interesting. None of the other families have similar skills?

The Vongola are the ones that use the Dying Will Flame the most, but they just use it to argument weapons mostly. Up until I found out about the boxes, I thought they were the only family that could use that particular power.

[Works her way to the horsie's neck and pats him.] I see...

[Horsie likes the attention] I'm beginning to wonder if the rings were created to hold the Dying Will Flame and somehow everyone forgot about that fact. But I can imagine a Mafia family choosing to give up a weapon that would give them that much power...
