Bark 01

[Toboe appears on the Plane, looking confused but happy. He looks around, sniffing at the air curiously, this time taking a good look around.

Then like the good puppy he is, he sits down, making sure to keep his 'posture' straight, just as Granny taught him, and trying to look overall composed. The effect is ruined, however, when his mouth opens and he let's his tongue loll out, letting out a happy bark as he does]

[He holds his hand out for him to sniff.] Hello, you.

[Toboe sniffs it for a few moments, and he seems to smell something he likes, because he laps at it a few times]

[He crouches down next to him, scratching behind his ears.] Good boy.

[leans into it happily, nuzzling at Ianto's arm] You smell nice.

[He pulls his arm back, looking at him again... and now that he thinks about it he should've known he'd be able to talk.] ...thank you?

[Toboe looks really disappointed as Ianto pulls back, and takes a step back himself; not everyone here might be fine with what he is] I-I'm sorry....

[He reaches out his hand again, leaning forward to stroke him.] Don't be. You just surprised me, that's all.

[Toboe hesitates a moment, then tentatively moves forward again, leaning against Ianto's hand] So you're not mad?

I've no reason to be mad, have I? [He strokes him, giving him a slight smile.]

I thought you might though, because I spoke up...[Toboe still seems a bit scared, but the tenseness is quickly disappearing from his body as Ianto continues to pet him]

[seems to grin at him, but rather than explain it Toboe decides to just show him. No fancy transformation here, just a blink of an eye and Toboe is a smiling human now] See, human! Clothes and all.

[Hopefully this time Toboe will be able to understand why Ianto's stopped petting him.] So I see... what exactly are you?

[Toboe grins at him, rocking back on the balls of his feet] I'm a wolf, of course.
