[The child steps onto the starry plane, blond hair swishing as he looks around and blue eyes blinking as his mind adjusts to the strange, unfamiliar sight. The scars on his face stretch his lips into a faint smile, but he doesn't exactly appear to be pleased. He says nothing until he spots the Kiosk and wanders over, speaking only to the machine to receive the brochure. He stands still and reads the paper for about ten minutes before it's folded up and shoved into his pocket.]
Whatever. [That's a mumbled comment.] But I won't say no to free food, as long as it's not poisonous. Haha! [That part is louder, and accompanied by a grin.]
[The boy walks. His first destination is the Kitchen, where he digs through the fridge for something he thinks he might like and plops himself down in a corner to eat. It's good enough. He grumbles about how "Chris" still makes better food than this and frowns himself for a few seconds, but after stuffing a sandwich into the backpack he carried, he returns the dishes to the sink and sets off again. His grin is bigger.]
So this place is just a big stretch of nothing, right? [He looks excited, once having arrived at a spot on the Plane that isn't too close to any of the locations. He sets his backpack down and rummages into it with a mischievous grin on his face.] Then that means I can do whatever I want without Sickle or Chi stopping me, haha!
[Minutes later, the sound of explosions rings across the vast nothingness. It's a fairly large, strong explosion, accompanied by the ringing laughter of a child who is having way too much fun letting bombs go off in a place he just arrived in.]

He's dressed in a long coat with some victorian frills, and he wields a particularly funny-looking sword that seems like it was wrenched out of a clock.]
What's going on!? Is everyone okay?
no subject
Well, those reactions are hilarious too.]
There's nothing wrong! It's just bombs, don't freak out so much!

no subject
Well, when a group of kids throw them at you constantly, you kind of get that idea.
So, the bombs... are yours?
no subject
[Rail will toss bombs at you even if you don't.]
And, well, I'm the one who bought them, so I guess they're mine.
no subject
[YOU'D BETTER NOT, HE'S GOOD AT KNOCKING THEM BACK NOW.]
I guess that's okay. Just don't hurt people with them, all right? The people here get hurt enough because of the experiments.
no subject
You're treating me like some cruel person! If I wanted to hurt anyone I wouldn't go through the trouble of coming all the way out here. Don't worry!
no subject
-- Sorry. I didn't mean it that way.
Um, what's your name?
no subject
You're a pretty nice guy, huh, mister? My name is Rail. What's yours?
no subject
Uh... if you say so. [There, that seemed neutral enough.] I'm Roxas. Nice to meet you, Rail.
no subject
... Haha! Just kidding! So what's with you, anyway?
no subject
What's with me? [That sounds kind of rude.]
no subject
[He points to his face. Scar across his face and down his cheek.]
And you're not saying anything. Do you know something?
no subject
The... scars?
I just thought you were from Halloween Town. I didn't even really think about it.

no subject
[He shrugs his shoulders.]
I work with people who have scars. One of them's even missing an eye... so I don't see why a couple of scratches on your face are such a big deal.
no subject
[He raises an eyebrow. It pulls up the skin around one of his scars, which tugs on one end of his mouth. The faint grin grows wider, but he doesn't look too happy.]
What this... It's kind of refreshing to have someone who won't scream or point and ask questions when they see me but when you put it that way it's sort of really, really annoying.
no subject
... Annoying? What, you want people to make fun of you? That doesn't make sense at all!
no subject
What kind of weird circus are you from that you work with people who have scars!
no subject
A-anyway, I don't see what's wrong with people who look different.
no subject
But I guess that's okay, I won't judge or bully you for it.
no subject
I don't know what you're talking about. No one calls me 'master', and I don't have a heart. [He says it like he literally doesn't have one. He has a pulse, but that's entirely different.]
no subject
And different, really? Dontcha think that's sort of stretching it? I'd get it if I was Christopher because those eyes and teeth of his are pretty different, but I'm not Chris. [He's not sure if Roxas' attitude is a relief or a disturbance. It's nice not to be screamed at and pointed at and called disgusting. But at the same time it's aggravating to have it treated as a normal thing. It's not. It's not normal. Acknowledge it. At least be a little disgusted?]
no subject
But I'm... not. [He hesitates, then adds:] I'm not human.
