[ so guess who's noticed the fog that's come rolling onto the plane? this guy.
and guess who's hearing some ridiculous knock-knock jokes as a result of that fog rolling in? this guy.
it's weird enough what happened at the library, but now this whole fog business? he doesn't put it past this place to have weird stuff happen just for the hell of it, but this is all so … sporadic and inconsistent that there's got to be something else going on. that he hasn't figured out yet. and while he'll never be the king of figuring things out, he likes to think he's smart enough to make connections when he finds them.
he just. hasn't found any.
he's dropped from the plane and gone back to the mother of invention a couple of times in quick succession, mostly to see if the jokes stop – which, they do, as soon as he's off the plane – but he keeps coming back. he's either a glutton for punishment or not as smart as he likes to think he is, but if he tries hard enough, he can kind of tune them out.
seriously … why does it have to be reg's jokes?
he's not even entirely sure where he is at this point, the stuff has gotten so thick around him. someone wanna come keep him company? make sure he doesn't go nuts? ]
