[Honestly, it shouldn't be to anyone's surprise that the Doctor has found his way to this jail. He's always had quite the knack for it; oftentimes, he's only had to say "hello" and bang, he's being hauled away and thrown into prison. Granted, how he's gotten here this time is, admittedly, pretty unique, but he appreciates not being dead.
...Even if he has checked to see that he still bleeds regular blood. Which he does.
But the unfortunate thing about incarceration is the unfortunate imposition of having literally nowhere to go other than the perimeter of one's cell. And the Doctor's been pacing his for the past minute or so. He's agitated--and that humming is the source of his annoyance.]
Doesn't that bother anyone else?
[He pokes a finger into his ear, trying to clear out any obstructions that may be there (though he knows there shouldn't be) and finds nothing. He's not even certain why it bothers him, but it does. He'll figure out why soon.]
