[ For those who know him, there's Saga at the Astral Kitchen looking around the cabinets. But he's not alone: his female cat, Elektra, is on the table staring at her owner's doings and wagging its tail. And a new addition to the "family, a dark grey green-eyed kitten is dozing off next to the Saint.

A loud, upset meow is heard across the room it makes Saga turn to look at the eldest cat. ]

Hey, hey. As if I had enough to feed you both and that other sloth I have of a brother.

[ His tone isn't as mad as one would think but he's not as pleased either. A sigh as he continues his searching around the kitchen. ]

[ This young ram's popping into the kitchen -- ]

Aa. Saga. Are you looking for something?

Perhaps you should require he forage his own food, if he's so lazy.

[Was Mu always there? Did he teleport in? THE ANSWER IS MAYBE.]

[sosweet]

[He stands and looks at the newcomer with a tiny smile.] Kiki.

[The kitten straightens and Elektra turns to stare at the apprentice with another loud meowling.]

I wanted to find something to eat for these two.

[sosweet]

[You're a ninja, Mu.] [That brings him a chuckle as he squints at the Aries.]

Aside of lazy, he always acts as an abussive child.

[Kya kya~ Elektra rises and goes to where Mu is standing, meowling happily. The kitten opens his eyes and shifts his head to stare at him.]

[Mu rubs Elektra gently between her ears]

Ah? Perhaps some harsh love would be a good thing for him then.

[sosweet]

[Punches to the face can be very effective to relieve stress.] [Also ah--! She purrs at the touch. Saga opens another cabinet and keeps looking.]

That encourages him even more. Believe me, I tried. [Goddess knows he tried the passive-aggressive method.]

[hi kitty. have some ear rubs!]

[sosweet]

[asdfghjkl kittie likes!] [Stops in his motions and leans a hand on the counter and the other on his hip.]

He enjoys being a sadist. One of many issues we argue about.

Hey, you've got a new pet!

[Oliver's tone is light, and he's smiling when he spots Saga and his family, but the expression is a bit strained--not quite reaching his eyes]

And are you a masochist to match?

[sosweet]

[That... He considers for a moment.] Maybe.

Depends on what others think, I guess. [And resumes his searching.]

Have you such a low opinion of yourself?

[sosweet]

[Saga startles and turns to face Oliver. Uh oh!]

I have. [Elektra walks towards him with a meowling while the kitten wakes and does the same.]

[sosweet]

Would I deny not be if it were so? [It is more than a low opinion...]

It is not outside the realm of possibility that you would lie to yourself.

[sosweet]

[Pauses.] [Huh. Talking about lying...] Not to myself... but to others.

Do you need help?

[ Kiki's in need of a distraction, see. While he recognizes one of the cats as from the litter Mu had taken to the Plane -- ]

Is it yours? The white one.

[sosweet]

Of course [Thank Goddess he's here! He's not very good at this.]

[There's a tiny meowling coming from the kitten. Elektra approaches Kiki and sniffs.]

Mine and my brother's, but mostly mine. Elektra. [Another meowling from the kitten.] And that little one is Aegisthus.

[ Kiran crouches towards the cats and holds out his hand so as they'd recognize him. So Kanon is alive... tucks that thought for prodding later. ] Heh. Elektra and... Aegisthus. Aegis for short?

[ Saga will get a funny brow raise. ] I suppose you've never had much exposure to pets.

[sosweet]

[Have some finger nibbling and licking~] [A nod.] If you want.

I had Elektra about a year ago and Aegis is new. Having pets is something I'm not accustomed for.

H-hey, that tickles. [ But the kitties get pettings for their troubles. He gets back up -- ] I figured as much.

[ Looking through the cupboards -- Kiki's not sure if pet food would be available but... ] Cats are carnivores so they do well with smelly meat-types of food.

[Oliver smiles at the cats, reaching out to pet Elektra since she reaches him first] What's your kitten's name?

[sosweet]

[They like and purr at the touch.] I usually give them what I cook. Apparently their appetite increases more and more everyday. [Just doesn't want to be a bad owner and let them starve ;;]

[sosweet]

[Stands and looks at them and his friend.] Aegisthus. [Kittie meows at the mention of its name.]

[ Kiki takes a look at Elektra than holds out one hand, and traces a round shape with his finger that barely skirts the edges of his palm. ] Elektra's fat. You shouldn't give her more than this amount of food; and kittens' stomachs are no bigger than walnuts.

They can get spoiled and greedy though.
