It's been a year since he first came to the Plane. What he feels about it? Sometimes it's like a haze inside his head and all over his Cosmo.

Sometimes, wishes he could hate this place, and others but even less, a part of himself can't help but to be grateful for. Feelings that are still hard to accept... and having them meant weakness. His own Cosmo betrays him at times and he's so sick of it...

Neither sad or angry, Saga lies next to the stream as he gazes at the leaves stirring slenderly with the wind at times. His motionless, emerald eyes piercing tenderly at the sole view.

That is the Gemini Saint, graceful even at ease.]

[There's a sad sort of calm about Mu as he approaches Saga, sitting nearby, seemingly content to stay there quietly. He feels strangely at-ease.]

[Saga feels his presence but doesn't flinch. Though his eyes glance at the Aries for a second, just to look up again.

Rarely are the times when both have nothing to say. Somehow, he feels glad they can relate on that.]

[As soon as he enters the Plane, Ikki expands his Cosmos, slowly checking anyone who he can find, searching for a particular one. Once he locates the Gemini Saint and thus confirms he's there are the moment, Ikki makes his way to where the other is.

When he finally finds the man in person... There's a brief moment of apparent hesitation before Ikki decides to just stand there, arms crossed, looking at the stream and the man alternatively.]

[He's so obvious. Saga notices Ikki's presence before he shows up at the forest and slightly frowns. Now that the Phoenix is there without saying a word, he shuts his eyes. His voice breaking the ice, calm but serious.] Is something the matter?

[Defensive, almost as if he's second guessing having come here and searched for the man. Actually, he is. It's not as if it's urgent, or important, or anything. Or as if he needs it, or really wants it. Ikki shifts his weight on his feet as if itching to just turn and leave.]

If Ikki's here it meant he wanted something. Saga knew him, but also respected his reservations. Regardless of being something of emergency or not, Ikki will decide it.

Saga shifts, placing his hands behind his head.]

I've been on patrol all night so I wanted to sleep for a while. Now I just wanted to rest.

[Even if he didn't know him, Ikki wasn't subtle about being looking for him to begin with. He keeps shifting his weight almost impatiently. As Saga replies he eyes the man for a moment, if he wants to rest he should leave. It's the perfect excuse and he's basically turning when the question is delivered and he stops.]

Strange.

[The way the word is say says that things are more than strange, they are awkward, unfamiliar, almost uncomfortable even despite technically being comfortable at the same time. He shifts once more before he turns to look at the man. His question is delivered almost in a demanding manner.]

How was the Sanctuary before? Before Athena was born. How was it? How were the trainees? The Silver Saints? When we went there I remember hearing that the Pisces Saint was the strongest of all the Saints, was he really that strong or was it a reputation earned from precious Pisces Saints?

[Because, honestly, though they were indeed strong, Aphrodite was still one of the Saints that were effectively defeated. So it's hard to think that he was "the strongest" unless he had lost shape somehow. As the questions are asked Ikki's tone becomes more disturbed. It's not important, it's not urgent... But he wants to know and the only man who can answer is Saga, because even if Mü could, he was too young, Saga should know better.]

Albeit he's rather shocked about the questioning Ikki is insisting on that his expression turns into a grimace. The Gemini straightens and sits, still not looking at the Phoenix Saint.]

Sanctuary was... quiet, so to speak. But in reality, we were expectant for the arrival of our Goddess and making arrangements for the upcoming Holy War.

At the time, Silver Saints were still trainees and hadn't earned their Cloths yet. Because of it, they were asked to comply to their training as best and fast as possible. The more Saints they were ready the better.

[Pauses for a moment.] Aphrodite was a promising aspiring Saint just as the others who shared almost the same age as him. He excelled most of all because of his beauty.

But his vanity and his arrogance were his distinctive weakness, along with his distorted sense of justice. [And Saga knew it... because he shared those same traits before. Thinking about it, Death Mask was on that same list.]

How did you end at the Sanctuary to start your training?

Mostly recovered, thank you. Most were relatively superficial. [His voice is a little bit weak, but no more so than it would be if, say, one had a sore throat]

[Ikki frowns but says nothing at first he's not going to ask about the reasons his mother could have to do so or the whys. He knows his own mother refused with all her might to give up both his brother and him, but that was to the man who was their father and who only was interested on them as tools. He can't know, if it had been someone from the Sanctuary, someone in search of Saints candidates instead of talking about them as if they were tools so directly... Would she have done the same?]

Did you know? From the start, when you were taken to the Sanctuary, were you told about Saints and Athena properly?

[Rather than just being told they had to train to win an armor, a Cloth, without reasons as to why other than a fake promise of freedom once they had done it. Ikki never cared before about this, never asked, not even to the others, to know if at least they had been told things more clearly while he was kept in the dark, because reasons weren't needed for him to gain hate and anger. But seeing the Sanctuary from the previous Holy War, he starts to want to know, to need to know.]
