Holograms 5 & 6

[The hologram snaps on when Mu asks what Oliver was wondering about Saga and stops on Mu's slip-up over his own telepathy.]

[Almost half a day later, on comes the Doctor and Braxiatel about sins of the past and hopes for the futures.]

[Oliver is more angry than horrified when he sees the first hologram this time] Stop it! Why do you keep doing this!? [but his god powers don't work on it, and it just keeps playing. sorry, Oliver. it seems all he can do is yell at it]

It wasn't like that! Why do you keep--!! [cuts off, shouting in frustration] Stop it! ...please! [but nothing works, and Oliver can only look guiltily around him, hoping no one else is watching]

[almost half a day later, Oliver sees a hologram appear with the Doctor and Brax, and he knows if he were smart (or respectful of their privacy), he would drop from the Plane. and in fact, he almost does--and then he hears his own name, and he can't. he can only watch in growing horror. even after the hologram ends, he continues to stand there, gaping]

I...I'm not...

[Braxiatel manages to appear right behind Oliver.] Not what, Mr. Day?

[oliverplus]

[turns to him, startled] Irving... [he swallows hard. then he shrugs a little, attempting to sound nonchalant about it] Did you see that?

[onehundredbeers]

[I couldn't resist. I was sitting here, thinking if I should do it, and then went you know what I'm going to rain on Oliver's angry parade.

As you may or may not know, Nathan has been making it a game to ...run over the holograms with his flying horse. He missed one set because he was off the plane eating dinner or something but this time, oh, this time he won't miss.

On his black horse (mid-air, this thing flies, man!), still in his armor, and still with his eyes pure glowing red, he charges at the holograms. By god he will stomp them oh my god that's not entirely a hologram.]

Holy shit!

[Nathan pulls up on the reins to keep his horse from, you know, trying to stomp on Oliver. He loops back so he can blab.]

Oh dear sweet lord. I almost caved your fucking head in.

[sosweet]

[Too bad for you, Oli. Because he's behind you and saw everything...] I would not call it madness... [His deep voice is somewhat angry.]

[oliverplus]

[Oliver was too busy watching the hologram to notice Nathan's approach, particularly as horses in mid-air are not as noisy as normal horses. when Nathan shouts, Oliver just barely has time to turn around, eyes wide, and see himself miss being trampled by a hair. he is gaping when Nathan comes back around. between seeing those red eyes and the near-death experience, he can only work his mouth for the moment without any actual words coming out]

[Oliver turns, his expression filling with dread when he sees who's there behind him] Saga...I'm sorry.

[onehundredbeers]

[Nathan slides out of the saddle. Horse is still way mid-air so he lands with a massive metallic crash. He's keeping those glowing eyes forever just because they look cool.]

Jesus christ. You okay?

[He steps over to Oliver to make sure he's alright. Fuck he's just looking like some sort of fish. DID HE HIT HIM there's no blood...]

[oliverplus]

[Oliver jumps a little at the crash, staring at Nathan. after a moment, he manages to stammer] I'm--I'm okay. But what...what happened to your... Nathan?

[onehundredbeers]

Huh?

[Okay good he's okay. But now he just stares cluelessly.]

[oliverplus]

[Oliver stares back at those glowing eyes] Your--your eyes!

[onehundredbeers]

Oh! Yeah. I did that on purpose. [He grins widely.] Irving gets these random moments where he's so fucking drunk he thinks mine are glowing, and I went, hey, what the fuck, I'll make it happen. It looks fucking badass.

[He says all this as if it's perfectly normal.]

[And Saga's is certainly unamused]. It does not matter anymore... [You know? He's having a hard time going through this crap.]

Ah, yeah. [smiles a little stiffly. he should have expected that] Well...at least it was all old news. [he's trying very, very hard to sound unconcerned about it but not really managing]

[oliverplus]

[confused] He...what?

Uh...okay... [he's still really not sure what to say to all this] ...having fun?

[onehundredbeers]

Totally! New suit of armor, fucking flying horse, whatever the fuck else I want. Pretty fucking awesome.

[oliverplus]

[shakes his head] It's not that simple.

[he pauses, not sure what to say. he feels like he needs to explain himself, but he's not sure how] That was--it was after Mu told me. About everything.

But I...I know more now.

[sosweet]

Because of my feelings, isn't it? [There's a displeased tone in his voice along with a sarcastic chuckle.] ... I should have known you had the same ability as Mu.

[He doesn't know what to feel right now. Betrayed?... Fooled?... Despised? Morgana knows what he did now. And his own emotions were seen by Oliver... He should have known.]

[oliverplus]

Well...that's good. [he doesn't sound entirely convinced] But you might want to fly a bit higher up.

[oliverplus]

No! Because I've talked to you.

[cringes] It's not like that. I just...I wanted to make sure you weren't dangerous. That's all!

[Dangerous... Dangerous... A sense of dread he inflicts on everyone he makes contact with. At Sanctuary... and here...

His eyes flash a sudden red gleam unconsciously. 'That is right, Saga. You are dangerous... even more than you want to pretend to be...' An evil voice of himself and an amused laugh infringing on his mind, making him shiver thoughtlessly...]

[His gaze widens to that and squeezes his eyes shut, looking down with a pained expression. His pupils dilate and tinkle.]

[An with that said expression, Saga looks at Oliver with a crooked smile.] ... I should go.

Sorry if I caused you a wrong impression. [and off he goes from the Plane.]
