[Dino appears on the Astral Plane, but he is not alone. Enzio, his pet turtle is with him, and currently the size of a large dog. Thankfully Enzio is unable to move because he is on his back, his leg waving around in midair. Enzio has a rather spiky shell now, so he cannot get up but that doesn't stop him from snapping at anyone who gets close. Dino, who has been kneeling on Enzio's stomach, quickly gets up and poofs away only to come back with...a battery operated hair dryer! This he turns on and begins to play it over Enzio..who starts to steam. He's humming as he works.]

...He was smaller last time I saw him.

Ahh, that's a really big turtle! Is he your pet?

He's a sponge snapping turtle, he grows when he gets wet. Once I dry him out he'll be back to normal.

Yep! His name is Enzio.

Right, you...mentioned something about that. [Smiles a little.] To be honest, I thought you were joking.

[Laughs] It does sound a little strange. Enzio is unique, I think he's the only one of his kind. [And Enzio is slowly shrinking...]

Enzio? Ah. [leans in closer] Can I pet him?

[Watching the turtle shrink, rather fascinated.] He's quite the animal. Can he do other things?

That's not a good idea, he likes to bite. And as big as he is right now, one bite could take off a hand. [Yes Dino is trying scare Fumie. He doesn't want her getting hurt. Oh, and Enzio is slowly shrinking.]

Nope, he just gets really big. [Watching Enzio shrink himself] He's my partner though, and Reborn said that Enzio is suppose to reflect a part of my own nature.

Your partner, huh? [Smiles broadly.] That's pretty amazing.

This Reborn is a friend of yours?

[lucky him, Fumie gets scared a lot and she's definitely pulling back] I usually don't deal with dangerous pets... [and blinks at the shrinking] Ne, is he real?

Reborn was my tutor when I was a kid.

[Dino is glad Fumie pulled away, he doesn't want to see little girls get hurt] Enzio's real alright. He's a sponge snapping turtle.

[watching Enzio curiously] How does he do that?

[Smiling Dino] Enzio grows bigger when he gets wet, so if I make the water he absorbed evaporate he goes back to normal.

[ponders this!] That would be so difficult for a turtle! He must take a lot of care.

What the bloody hell is that thing?

[staring] Is that real, desu?

Ah, I see. [Watching the turtle keep shrinking, because you don't see that everyday.]

[Watching it shrink.] Oh my, how interesting. What is it?

That's certainly a new sort of cruelty to animals.

[Laughs quietly] I never really thought of it that way. Growing bigger does seem to exhaust him though because he's always quiet for a few days after he gets wet.

[Cheerfully] A turtle.

[Smiles]Of course he's real.
