052: With the cuts and the bruises

[There’s a Juni in the bar! …And no real joke beyond that, oops. But at least she’s in the bar! And at least she’s actually fairly content with life at present moment.

In fact she’s very, very content.

Why? Well, the crown on her head should give out some clue- it isn’t really necessary and has, in fact, been described as gaudy by several very well informed demons but she feels it best to convey news without jumping and bouncing around. She’s too exaughsted for that anyway- and the blood under her fingernails hasn’t dried enough yet; it wouldn’t be polite to add more to it already.

Anyway, in brief there is a Juni sitting at the bar and drinking a drink with a tiny parasol in it- because clearly there is nothing so regal. She appears perfectly set to be lazy for the next few hours but eventually she does lower herself to one proclamation:]

It’s good to be queen.

[And then it’s right back to the drinking; ah- the heights of celebration indeed.]

You have no idea of what some demons are carrying; I don't want my reign to be cut short just because I indulged on the blood of my enemies early on- that just wouldn't do!

...Besides, the main one has already fled somewhere. He's the only one that I wouldn't mind drinking from.

It's hardly like he's going to take power again; I don't think they have much respect for those that loose their power. He can't touch me; it's best not to risk everything...
